Members of the Elite 3-Peat Four years ago, Holdsclaw was a shy freshman wondering how she fit
in on the team. Today, she's the leader of the most dominant team in
college basketball.
"It has come so fast, but I'm excited,"
Holdsclaw said. "No one could ask for a
better career than I've had. I really see
myself maturing not only as a basketball
player, but as a young adult, so it's been a
lot of fun."
Her success has come with a lot of work, both on the court and in the
classroom. She is taking 12 credit hours this fall. Her classes are
African-American history, American law, geriatric health and sociology. Back
